I used this during 2 separate workouts as directed & they do nothing. I took them with both Gatorade & water & still got muscle cramping. Do not waste your money on your product.

The are large & bendable. This is our third set. We purchase 2 at a time, so one is freezing while the other is being used. The others are 2 years old & we purchased these for my mother-in-law to put on her back. I will purchase from them again.
