Does absolutely nothing!!!
1 of 3 found this helpful I take magnesium daily to keep me regular. I have been taking magnesium oxide but upon doing some research I learned that for this particular purpose magnesium citrate was the best so I decided to switch. Big mistake!
I have been taking this product for a week and my constipation is worse than ever. I even upped the dose to three caps a day and still haven't gotten any results. With the magnesium oxide I took 2 pills daily (1,000mg) and it worked like clockwork. Now I'm stuck with almost 400 pills that are absolutely good for nothing!
Very disappointed!!!

Best charging cable I've used!
Very sturdy and super fast charging! I can keep texting and checking emails on my phone and still charges really fast.
