Ive owned my Tower 200 for about 10 years, so with this quarantine spending more time at home i thought id by some upgrades. Its a good quality bar. Not as wide as i thought it would be but it works fine. It is a little tough sometimes to get the bands on the carabiners, so adding a carabiner to each end works better.

Ive used 1AD for many years, although i didnt find it for a long time. Hi Tech 1AD is pretty legit stuff. By the end of week 1 your strength will be noticeably up, your body will feel more firm and lean, and if you have the ability to you will become a sexual tyrannosaur. This is something to take for 2 months at a time, but it is a product that i wish i could take all of the time. Im pushing 39, and this stuff has me cranking around like im 21. If there are any cons about it, would be that it can make you a bit achey in the muscles (so take your aminos), and if you drink alcohol you will totally feel your liver the next day.

Not bad

This is my second one of these. Im still old school and use an ipod with no bluetooth. My previous Jarvs cable for it was misplaced and are pretty hard to find. This was cheap enough and good enough i went ahead and just bought another. Now i have one for back up when one's battery dies.
