Everybody Loves Micky Mouse!
Well.... I might not wear it to a job interview. However; these are very interesting and collectable time pieces. A touch of History and Nostalgia! People notice it when you wear a Mickey Mouse! This one is a Bradley, Swiss Made. It is about 50 years old! It has the original red band. Overall the condition is very, very good. The crystal may, or may not be the original. However, that is not all that relevant. Rarely is the crystal in great shape on a 50 year old watch and it is often replaced. This watch has a clean white face - not yellowed, a major plus. Mickey Mouse is in great shape too! I suspect this watch was serviced and well maintained, or; rarely used. The Case is not nicked and can shine - another plus. Beauty and Value is in the eye of the beholder. I purchase and service these watches. They are mechanical, wind ups! I find them fascinating and worth far more than a quartz time piece any day. It will keep good time as well. Wind once a day and do not overwind - 8 turns is usually sufficient! This one has the second hand, and; all print is bold and clear - even all the small print is readable! This one has only one flaw. It lacks a crown! Crowns are not easy to find! You must service many Mickey's and pull a crown off of a kaput one that is beyond service to replace as an original like kind part! This will keep the value. Fortunately, I have such Mickey's. Or; I would not have purchased this one! On an 1 - 10 scale, This Mickey Mouse is a 7. It lacks crown, original box etc. and is in very good condition - not excellent.

A Great Chronograph By Casio
5 of 6 found this helpful The watch keeps near perfect time - over time! Stopwatch works to about 1/20th of a second. Tachymeter is a nice extra touch. Mineral Glass Crystal really shines, and takes a fair beating without scratching. Water Resistant to 10 Bar. Has an alarm function, that is uncommon in todays analog watches. Brushed Stainless Steel case makes this a very classic time piece. It appears this is a great Casio, as; it was designed and released back around 2002 - still keeps near perfect time! All functions still function! A one page manual is still available from Casio as a PDF. I love this watch! It works as either a casual or dress piece. People notice, and ask about it. Any negatives? Yes (if you are picky),... There is no day function, only date. The watch is analog, therefore; date function needs to be adjusted for 30 day months. Also, when you change the battery (every few 3+ years), you should also purchase the gasket, as it "might" break upon opening! This gasket is essential for water resistance. The Stainless Steel Band is near impossible to find - mine has it! It really adds to the look and value of the watch. The black bands will break in time - but; they are far easier to find. On a 1-10 scale, I give the Casio Oceanus OC-500 2714 an "8+," as the plus factors far, far outweigh the negatives. I am sure I could write more about the watch but I have written enough for you to get an overall picture to make a decision to purchase. I say Go! Go! Go! Yes! Yes! Yes! Thanks for reading!

Small not always means not enough!
Not a lot to say. I was surprised and fooled by the pads small size. However; the supplied pad as it comes, is more than sufficient! I have nothing bad to say about this little pad. Used as I did it shined up may Casio Oceanus OC-500 2714 so it looked like new. I highly suggest cleaning the watch first with some very mild, and diluted, dish detergent - with; a small soft tooth brush. Additionally; be sure the crown is fully tightened down before the cleaning! After the gunk is removed by the cleaning, thoroughly dry the watch before using the little pad :-) Do not use heavy pressure! Lightly glide the pad in the direction of the brushed finish on the watch. We want to brush (lightly scratch) - not deep scoring! Properly applied your brushed stainless steel will like very much like when you first got it! I highly suggest using only slightest pressure until you see that more is needed. Less is good as it can be reapplied to get the desired finish. As; too much cannot be undone.
