Did not perform as expected, limited run time
3 of 7 found this helpful Despite solid construction and a perfect fit in the tools, sadly the 9.0Ah battery did not perform as expected. I ran a no-load test in my Ryobi blower by putting a rubber band on the trigger and letting it run, comparing this battery to two different genuine Ryobi 4.0Ah batteries that I already own. The results were disappointing; I only got 15 min of run time with the 9.0Ah vs. 14 min of run time for both of the Ryobi 4.0Ah.
There is also the weight factor of this battery - it's significantly heavier than the Ryobi 4.0Ah. On the blower, that made it feel much heavier since you had to force the nose to the ground more. It will make any tool feel much heavier.
Overall, not a good value and cannot recommend. I returned it.
