Extremely poor documentation
There are many configuration questions I can not research or study in written documentation - video tutorials are general and not capable of answering my questions.
The Answer Techs have only a limited knowledge and several who I've raised questions about Outlook 2016 in Office 365 only went around in circles and it became evident they did not know how to resolve my questions.
We need official documents with extensive troubleshooting and a place to chat with a credible expert in Outlook 2016 and not an outsourced agent.

Large and lightweight
