Better than expected!
I had a toaster that was ok, I just needed one that handles more than two slices of anything at one time.
This toaster exceeded my expectations.
It also doesn't hurt that it looks good too.

Not hot
This was a disappointment. Thought a Thermos would be the best travel mug. WRONG! The code will only stay sorta hot for an hour. To me, that’s a failure.
