Works as Advertised
We've owned product about 1 month. My wife loves the lighter weight than our "full-size" Shark. While the battery is adequate for a basic 3 bedroom home, I purchased a second battery so I always have a fully charged battery. The extended "stick" may not be as sturdy as expected, the light weight and maneuverability out weigh the extra care that must be exercised when using on carpet/area rugs. I set unit to "max" power throughout the use; and have never depleted the battery. I have never used the "extra power" finger switch other than to verify that it worked. I enjoy the flexibility when cleaning automobiles. I find the 3 attachment tools to be adequate. My only complaint is why did Shark not provide a storage bag for the attachments.
