Wheelchair ramp/carrier

I would like to say the carrier "LOOKS" good. At the moment that's all. I bought this with the understanding it fits my tow bar. Because when I ordered it. It asked me the size of my tow bar ball. But it doesn't go on the ball. Is there an attachment I can buy to remedy this. It's my only hope of getting my wife out in her chair. So at the moment it sits in my lounge gathering dust. Costing a lot of money. I really can't afford to lose. Please can you help me. 🙏
