Well the item arrived, but after the estimated due date, was well packaged in a solid box which I give credit to the seller for, however the communication from the seller was in my opinion extremely POOR to non existent. In today's day and age when sending an email is so easy a simple "package is on it's way and should arrive within the next few days" is so important to the buyer. Would I buy from this seller again, unfortunately not likely.

Box was marked as Saturn 2/3, ordered was Saturn 3 ultra, contents appears to be Saturn 3 ultra tank as ordered. Seller responded within 24 hrs, didn’t understand the issue. Well packaged, print is ok.

I would not recommend buying from this seller. The order I had expected by Christmas did not arrive. I waited over a month, and still nothing. I made contact and got no response. There was no postal tracking, which there should have been for something of this value. I had to contact customer service. It’s actually very clear that my money was taken but no item was posted.

Ordered 2 mugs, after chasing up, 6 weeks later finally received 1 mug! Second mug was promised and I was asked to PLEASE WAIT (!) to get the other one. Waited another 2 weeks, then said if not posted then pls give me refund for second one. Two days later still no reply from seller, then without any comment I received the partial refund. DISGUSTING SERVICE, worst seller I have ever dealt with, should be banned by Ebay
