  I love the bag but there is an odor to it which was not disclosed. My main complaint would be shipping time. I purchased this bag and it was not shipped until 9 days later. I had to message the seller for a tracking number which was provided. But then it wasn’t even shipped until days after that. I messaged again with no response. It did finally arrive but it was shoved in a box with no wrapping or anything covering it. Not a great transaction.

  The price was fair, shipping was very reasonable; however the description cited one chip, when in fact there is one chip plus quite a few scratches on both lamp bases. I communicated with seller about the one chip and received new photos, but they were not close up, nor was there a pencil or other object pointed to the chip. Don't know if scratches on ceramic can be repaired. I'm keeping them, hoping a bright colored lampshade (not yet purchased) will detract from the scratches.

  Item was delayed in transit. When it finally arrived, it was damaged and had several missing pieces. I sent the seller pics of the damaged box and items inside, and they offered a partial refund to help pay for the repairs needed. The refund did not arrive on the day promised, but after I contacted the seller again, they promptly refunded the agreed upon $25. I do not believe the item was packaged appropriately to avoid damage, but am unclear who packaged it, the seller or the shipping company.
