I've used these floor pans on 3 separate jeep renovations so far and I would not hesitate to use them again. Cutting, molding and shaping is required but the finished product is very solid and functional

Out of the box, the gauge tested good using an ohm meter. I would suggest web searching "CJ fuel gauge" for specifics on the importance of proper grounding and testing the gauge cluster before installation because apparently there are several factors that contribute to this products success or failure.
