Helps to breathe better
My wife has been using these strips for years. Finally decided that it was a better value to buy the large 72 count box. She uses one every night to help her sleep better as it helps keep her sinus's open.

Great western series
This is book one of Parker's Cole and Hitch four book western series and I loved all of them. This is a great buddy book and Cole and Hitch are a couple of bad-ass cowboys with a heart.

Looks expensive
To me this sure looks like an expensive bracelet. It's really beautiful. I had to take a link out to fit my smaller wrist but my local jeweler only charged me $3. So not only does it look good it has the magnets in it also which is supposed to be good although I don't know about that. I bought for the looks.
