Unfortunately not impressed.
2 of 4 found this helpful The famous Dyson name but stopped working properly within a couple of months. The Dyson website and troubleshooting options is one of the most frustrating platforms to use with basically dead links or it just sends you in circles.
The reason I bought a Dyson was name familiarity and my belief that it was backed up with a strong warranty. Unfortunately, that warranty has a lot of clauses so to speak and my attempts to get help via the website has been painful at best.
Just frustrated with the product and have purchased another brand vacuum while I decide what options I have left.

Not so great.
I hate leaving negative reviews. Of course this review is specifically in regards to the product. The seller is 5 stars in regards to his/her responsibilities.
The reason I only give two stars in that the USB ports did not last long. Within a week one was not working and the other only works after a significant amount of wiggling. I'm also not fond of the plug receptacles as they are upside down and unfortunately too close to each other to allow use of both at the same time.
On a positive note, the clamp is sturdy and I have had no problemss with it coming loose from the table.

Meh...I knew better.
1 of 1 found this helpful You get what you pay for... Mine came with a broke F1 key and I’m guessing that’s not a customization. 🤨😞
Oh well, spend more and get something that may survive shipping.
