Perfect replacement
Fits exactly like an OEM factory replacement part (which I think it is).
Followed a youtube video for easy installation, was back in business in just a few minutes.

Light, comfortable, great ventilation
I've been cycling with this helmet for a few weeks now in 102 / 103 degree Fahrenheit Texas summer afternoon heat and the ventilation is far superior to legacy Specialized and Bell helmets this one replaced. A few reviewers noted this helmet does not have a foam brow "Sweat band," but I haven't found this a drawback.
I'm very impressed and satisfied with my purchase!
