Decent value for limited use
Nice, affordable device for rotating mirrored "disco" balls. Can be operated with either the use of 3 AA batteries or if can be plugged into a wall outlet with the included adapter. Battery life is pretty limited as one might expect and the led lights dim and eventually completely turn off as battery charge is depleted. The speed of the rotation also slows dramatically over time with use of batteries. Works continuously well with the use of the wall plug. The supplied plug was pretty short and to get it to one of my outlets, I needed an extension cord. The unit ran great right out of the box but over time it has developed mechanical whine, if you will, that is continuous as long as it is rotating. I added 2 external spot lights and they work great with the leds on the unit. The unit as is with no external lighting is nice but will only reflect on the ceiling so if you are looking for that classic "disco ball" effect, you will definitely need at least 2 external spots.
I'm not sure about longevity for this one. Although I am generally happy with the functionality so far, the noise the motor has developed which seems to be getting gradually louder is a real concern. Also the device is super light weight and made of plastic. It seems to lack the integrity that I have seen in similar devices manufactured with a more appropriate metal.
For the price I purchased this item for, I am satisfied. For heavy use I would not recommend unless you want to have to purchase replacements fairly often but for light use, I think it's a good value and am generally pleased with it.

A great addition
1 of 1 found this helpful I added this uv filter to supplement my regular filter and help clear up a constant cloudy mess my tank always seemed to have. Within 24 hours of installing it, my tank was crystal clear and I haven't looked back since. You can't loose with this this one. Easy to install, easy to operate and even easy to clean and maintain. A very good value!!

Great idea....bad execution
A great idea to protect the lens on such a high end camera that the iPhone X has onboard and a simple cover seems to be a great idea. These guys dropped the ball, however. Within 24 hours of installing the protective lens, it had fallen off at some point and was never to be seen again. A total waist of money and time. Somebody has to find a better way to execute this idea.
