Kagero Super Drawings in 3D The Battleship USS Arizona #16018

    everything you need
This series of books are the best! Absolutely necessary for any modeler. The only problem, there is SO much detail clearly shown, you will spend far more time super detailing and correcting any model you are building of this iconic ship. Not that that is a bad thing

Nice model of an interesting subjectl
Getting back into modeling after a decade or so off. (What happened to all the good paints! Acrylics suck, Good thing all my Testors ModelMaster paints are still good after all these years.) For some reason, attracted to 1/700 scale WWII ships of the Pacific theater after many years of building WW II aircraft. This is a really nice looking kit. Well detailed, cleanly molded with some really nice detail parts. Looking forward to building it.

    Beautiful PE parts!
I was impressed with this. There are hundreds of tiny detail parts which are light years ahead of the already nicely molded kit items. This will require experience and skill working with PE parts, some of the parts are tiny and need to fit perfectly together. The undersurface of the flight deck, where it is visible, had hundreds of tiny parts to replicate the bracing and truss work. The instructions need some study, they make sense eventually but at first glance are not as clear as they could be. Really looking forward to building this, it will be a challenge but should make for a fantastic model.
