Essential reading to understanding Wallis and his contemporaries, but poor quality for the price.
I'm very happy that an English translation of the original text by Wallis exists, since I can't read Latin. But it seems that Queen's College at Oxford is lacking in proof-readers. Textual errors are a bit distracting and make the prose even harder to understand given Wallis' tortured syntax, but the numerical errors are more serious. It is necessary at times to compare the translation to the original text to verify that the numbers are correct, which is a little sad, seeing as how this is a mathematics book. Not for nothing, but when a book costs over $140, one might expect a little more attention to detail, or at least a hard cover. This has neither. But apart from learning Latin, there is no alternative.

How-to book on living free.
Interesting but very realistic perspective on how to disengage from a tyrannical system. Great information on Samuel Konkin who has been largely forgotten otherwise. If nothing else, an important historical reference.
