Arrived later than expected because the shipping label was created 2 days after I placed the order but the actual package was not received by the post office and shipped till 5 days after I placed the order. This was supposed to be part of a gift and now it's useless. Very disappointing.

Favorite Mouth Guard
1 of 1 found this helpful I've tried other mouth guards, and this one is the best I've found. Plus, it's pretty inexpensive!
The Doctor's Night Guard only takes about 5 minutes to mold - 3 minutes heating water in the microwave (or on the stove), 30 seconds soaking the guard, and then about 30 more seconds to fit the guard.
I have a small mouth, and I've found that other night guards make me gag, but this one fits so well!
Also, I used one night guard for maybe a year before losing it. It really helped with my headaches, jaw pain, and tooth decay. After a while, I could see just how much I was grinding my teeth at night because I was cutting away at the guard! It's great to be able to visibly see just how much good it's doing. But don't worry - the guard didn't break apart, become uncomfortable, or useless. It still worked great!
