This is a nice jigsaw.

This is a nice jigsaw and especially good to get rid of the corded style after so many years. The only feature I don't like is the clear plastic blade shield which fills up with sawdust and obscures the vision of your cut. I simply removed the shield, easy fix, and now it works great. Im keeping my old Bosch for a backup but it will probably not see much use. Overall, the Makita is solid, works well just like most of their tools.

Nice croquet wickets!

Very nice croquet wickets, beefy, nice powder coating is highly visible. They might seem a little pricey but the quality makes the difference worth it. This a great improvement to my vintage set!

Finally a good chalk line

This chalk line is far superior to the multitude of chalk lines I have had over the last forty years in construction. It leaves a far superior line, is half as messy and has nice features like a positive lock, a well designed handle closure an a no leak cap. It is well worth the money spent.
