It sure has cut my monthly paper towel expenses.

I tried several brands of these rolls of paper towels and like these the best. They have a large center hole because they normally fit in a dispenser and you pull the towels out the bottom. I made a piece for the center that holds this roll of paper towels and also slips on a spindle that you normally put regular paper towels on. Think of something you could wrap around the normal paper towel holder to make the center larger, and then just put one wrap of duck tape over that stuff to hold it, and you only do that once. From then on these rolls of paper towels will just slip down on. Paper towels are a lot more sanitary than regular towels that you dry your hands on... especially now with the virus. I was spending $80 a month on paper towels and buying a package of 12 rolls every week. Now I spend less than $40 a month. I didn't want a dispenser in the kitchen is the reason I use the modified paper towel holder. Dispensers are another topic. Some take large rolls, some smaller rolls and they want you to buy their brand of towels for some exorbitant price.
