quality always wins over price
when replacing parts on older vehicles, using a quality part will often eliminate a problem area in the system you are repairing. step by step you will find the source of the main problem,while building reliability in the entire system.

will the last american tool maker headed for china please cut off the light
i am 62 years old and have been doing construction related work my entire life. i am an electrical contractor and have been for 31 years. my dad was a master plumber who never taught me much about morality but he sure taught me a lot about tools. what to look for in a tool,how to size a tool,how to use a tool,and to properly respect and take care of tools. the reason i purchased this drill is because it is one of the last porter cable tools that was made in the usa. all pc tools will now be made in china.i understand that these tools will not be repairable.just use it and throw it away. pc has already dropped many great tools from their line.many people like me are scrambling to gather as many of the old ones as we can locate. i now have all but a few on my list. thank goodness for ebay. many other tool manufactures have done the same. rigid,milwaukee,plumb,lufkin,and many more. american workers are still the best in the world.
