Outstanding Replacement Tires for a large John Deere GT245 Lawn Mower
Received a set of 24x12x12 6 Ply D838 Turf Master Lawn Mower tires for my John Deere GT245; tires were great, very good traction, this is a fairly heavy Lawn Mower at approximately 750-775 lbs, including mower; these tires improve the mowing capability by maintaining a very smooth cut lawn! These are great tires for the money, do not hesitate to purchase; this is a purchase you will not regret.

Por - 15 45008 Rust Preventative Gloss Black Coating
Used Por-15 for coating the underside of a John Deere 48C Mower Deck. Preparations is key, utilizing wire wheels for removing all rust, corrosion, followed up with the recommended rust preventative solution, similar recommendations from the folks at POR. After thoroughly wiping down, utilized a small 2 inch brush for application purposed. I brushed on (2) complete coats, allowing 1 day between applications, for drying purposes. As a note, I would recommend using painter's tape to complete seal top rim of POR 15 can, this material is extremely tough to remove and if you seal the POR can with paint in the rim grooves of can, you will have to discard the can; this is evidence of a high quality product. I have been mowing my yard with John Deere tractor, simply use a garden hose for rinsing off any grass clippings that remain. This product is simply outstanding. If you want a premium product that prevents rusty mower decks (underside), this is a permanent solution; you will not be disappointed.

Installing Panasonic FV-08 Bathroom Exhaust Fans
As a house repair professional, Panasonic FV-08's are high quality bathroom exhaust fans; comes with a ceiling bracket that's easy to install. Basically, if you install the bracket properly, fan housing simply screws into the bracket assembly, no issues. Make sure you properly attach the exhaust hose to the fan assembly, use HVAC duct tape, make sure your electrical connection is properly ground to the fan assembly box, twist electrical wire connections securely and then use the electrical twist on connectors for extra protection. Quality installation, means years of trouble free service.
