ethernet NIC after lightning

After lightning, ethernet stopped working. I put this card in a PCI slot, plugged the ethernet cord into the computer. Then I plugged the computer back in, turned it on and restarted it. It works as expected.

decals

There are decals on the top to explain how to mount the docking device. However the packing tape was applied over the decals. When the packing tape is pulled off, the ink from the decals also came off. I cut out the packing tape at those places and with some clear tape put them back on the dock.
