Brings back old memories
I shoot old film cameras. This item reminds me of looking thru my old speed graphic! The side light here in Florida easily overpowers my view screen. All I need now is some beautiful vista to capture!

Observations on newer bracket for Sony A7ll
I bought this bracket to make my Sony A7ll more comfortable and safer to hold. It works well giving me a sturdier grip. I consider it very cheap insurance for this expensive investment. I can now use the efforts I spent worrying about dropping it to improving my photography.
