Plastic tab for securing control broken off and missing
If it was really checked that it wasn't broken and functioned properly. I have to use heavy load for ordinary clothes. Get fault on normal mode and it won't finish the cycle after wash. Also, the plastic tab to secure the control board to the washer was broken off and missing. The price was good though. I just changed it today and frankly, she had too big of a load for the washer so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
