Kawasaki Starter JS 440 JS 550 440 SX 21163-3710 1977 - 1992 warranty

Not exactly what I thought I was getting!

So the first photo is what I expected to receive, but the second and third photos is what I got. Some kind of Hitachi starter without the back bracket which I wanted. The starter did fit and it seems to work, just not the product I expected. It is also around a inch and a half longer than the original. Not sure if that's good or bad. We'll see how long it lasts I guess..
