BUYER BEWARE- INK EXPLODES AT ANYTHING OVER ZERO ALTITUDE ACCORDING TO SELLER
2 of 2 found this helpful INK EXPLODES WHEN YOU PULL THE YELLOW TAB OFF CARTRIDGE. THIS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU LIVE IN HIGH ALTITUDE ACCORDING TO THE SELLER. The seller does not tell you what is considered high altitude as the seller fills the cartridges at zero feet above sea level. Anything above zero feet could have the same results.
I decided to try out a generic option and wish that I had not. My cartridges arrived and a day or so later I replaced a magenta cartridge from factory to this NON OEM cartridge. The second I pulled the yellow tab that you have to remove before placing in the printer it exploded all over my carpet, my desk, printer and my hands. I emailed the seller and their response the following:
"You have the correct ink cartridges, at your elevation of over 6283' liquid in a sealed full tank will expand, that is what happened to you, also if the ink cartridges are hot they can also expand further. From our experience only the excess volume comes out and the ink cartridge can be used successfully afterwards. We recommend that you rest them in a cool place so the ink volume reduces before opening. The worlds ink cartridges are made at zero feet above sea level so when we get an inquiry like yours we look at the elevation which is the cause."
It would have been helpful to know this information PRIOR to buying. It is not listed under the description in their Ebay listing. I read their listing again after I had this happen and there is no warning issues. A huge amount of ink shot out of the cartridge, at least half. I would say easily at least a tablespoons worth. My carpet and desk are ruined. My ink was rested for over 24 hours after picking up from the post office. I also live in the mountains and it is the middle of winter. I wonder if there could have been an air bubble in the cartridge or if the seller overfills? I think I will stick to factory cartridges from now on because of this issue.
I do not recommend non factory ink cartridges since it exploded when opened. It is not a good value because my carpet and desk are stained which is a huge expense and I don't want to open another to test in my printer. I can't attest to good quality and can only say no it is not as it's on my carpet and desk and not in my printer.

GUN is great just to add to the collection
1 of 1 found this helpful I have found several of the reviews to be true about this game. I can truely say that I bought this game after the price went down and it was used. When I started playing it I thought it was cool, after a while I lost interest. At last I can say this game is a must have to add to the collections just because of the reality of the Old West that we don't see anymore even on TV. My kids love to ride the horses and they play it all the time. I rate it a 7 out of 10 for the historical reality. Thanks...
