M1 Garand Muzzle Brake Adapter 5/8x24 Thread, All Steel Heavy Duty

Oooops!

I was hopeful when I first saw the add but later experienced dis appointment when the thread would not cinch down close onto the rifle's gas port so as to lock it on with the Garand's gas plug. My Oooops is that I spent good money on what hoped would be a great adapter for a "Smith Enterprise" vortex flash hider.
