Good for the price
First of all, some of the tracks are a pain to put together. Then I had to put WD40 on the wheels because it squeaked like hell. Don't expect this train to go fast or for long. When I turn it on it doesn't take long before the train starts to slow and then comes to a stop, which is about five minutes. You can push the engine to make it go again, but it doesn't last for long. It goes back to its top speed if you turn it off and on again, but it'll keep doing the exact same thing. If the sounds/steam are on at the time, the sounds will keep going.
It can pull a few light kids toys in the carts, which is what I bought it for and it easily fits around the tree. It works for such a cheap train and since it's all plastic, it doesn't matter too much if the kids are rough with it.
