They said they reviewed my cases but they didn’t even refund me the shipping cost that was charged the second time. Very disappointed with eBay.

I replied if you knew the item was in your car that was stolen, why not close the auction. I really believed when I won the auction for around $84, it was a low cost, especially when the Buy It Now price was $145. So he decided to close the auction and probably sell the item as a later time.
