    Serious lack of communication and professionalism from the seller. When the seller did finally respond, he decided to address me as "broski". The pictures show the ball in a plastic case... no such case was sent. Seller also charges almost $9 for shipping, then sends the item UPS Surepost... which does NOT cost $9. Seller is padding his profits by overcharging for shipping and not providing all items shown in pictures.
