Does not stay heated up.

The Sable Electric Heating Pad Relief Shoulders Neck Pain Wrap Blanket Mat would be a very good product if it would work like I feel it should. It heats up very nice but then after 10 minutes the temperature goes down. The unit does not shut off.

cannot turn the volume down enough - no real control over treble and bass.
