Good product overall!
Tinnitus sufferers seem to get varying degrees of relief, but all get at least some. This product seems to help reduce (but not completely eliminate) the ringing, hissing, roaring and/or buzzing suffered by my significant other. This, taken along with lipoflavenoids of any stripe, works far better than most Rx. The only significant drawback are the horrendous prices for a relatively common ingredient.
