A slade deluxe bargain

I was very pleased to get a copy of play it loud by slade but to get it with a twin pack which contains the band's debut as the four piece we know and love today albeit with the name Ambrose slade later to be simplified to the name slade the sound quality was about the same as the original recording which is why I only gave it four stars surely both albums deserve a remaster I'm sure most slade fans would love that as I'm most will already own these albums in there original sound recording but at this price I'm not complaining..

Remastered brilliance

A Brilliant collection of Joni's first four albums the sound quality is brilliant and they've done a great job of the remastering especially on her first album song to a seagull as when it was first released David Crosby gave it a good mix but parts of it were distorted especially at the high end of the spectrum but whoever remastered it has managed to give it a good clean mix whilst still retaining it's honesty and original sound purists will probably hate it but I think it sounds great. As for the rest of the box set the sound quality remains they all sound so crisp not undifferent to the original mix but a lot crisper and clearer well worth the price absolutely love it..
