Excellent Workout
1 of 1 found this helpful Gilad is the best. You will get about the best workout possible in 55 minutes. The time flies. This works out the whole body. You can also do just the 35 minute Cardio if you are in a hurry or just the 9.5 minute toning portion. Gilad keeps it positive. I don't think he has done a video I wouldn't recommend.

Very good double edged razor
Has a very good feel. I have big hands so I like the long handle. Seems very well made. Works great.
