I expect it will work, but not exact fit for a honda 200sx
Doesn't fit correctly, the OEM was wider where it mounts on the axle, have to add/modify washers to get new one to fit properly.

Don't do it
This was not as advertised, it came in the green box but was a fleetguard filter, which I could have bought at my local auto parts store for about $10. Completely dissatisfied.
