Improper fit
Had to use a rubber mallet to get the arms all the way on. If they ever need to be removed in the future they likely will have to be cut off....the splines fit too tightly. Also, when I installed it with the metal "key" in place the wipers were not in the correct position.

Was used and had some slight rust and wear.....but the price was excellent.
