8" Starrett Dial Caliper.
The 8" Starrett Dial Caliper is as good as any other Starrett Dial Caliper. Particularly if it is brand new, like the one I purchased. The major difference between this one and my other Starrett Dial Calipers, is that it has the ability to measure greater distances than the 6" instrument. It's action is tight, it has repeatability and is easily handled or operated with a normal sized human hand. I bought this instrument on Ebay solely because of the price and not for the extra measuring ability.

Good value for the money
These chisels are reasonably well made, yet not a sharp as they could be , as delivered. I'll do that in the forthcoming future. Nice value, nice price.
