Rather disappointed
1 of 1 found this helpful Having accepted that the phone was a refurbished unit, and obviously had wear and tear, it was disappointing to see it was quite so scratched. That I would have philosophically accepted, but after inserting my SIM when it came to setting it up it kept on repeating 'No SIM'. Eventually having overcome that I found it had numerous photo and video files from previous user, and it wouldn't accept incoming calls, neither was I able to make any calls, despite the display showing signal strength as High.
Therefore I was doubtful the phone was a genuine refurbished unit as I would have expected clear files and a quick and easy set-up, which I have failed to achieve.

"Cracking little voice recorder".Extremely easy to use; range on the microphone and sensitivity very good.
