Regarding the shipping, we used USPS’ Calculated Shipping, which uses the zip codes along with package weight and dimensions to determine the shipping costs. Nevertheless, we agree the rate was high, which is why we ended up using UPS instead of USPS. UPS had a lower shipping rate with the same delivery time as USPS. Doing this did save some shipping costs, which has since been refunded back to you. Thanks again!
