Excellent kick board trainer
Gives just enough support for kicking while allowing your body to remain streamline and balanced. Allows correct breathing technique for freestyle and breaststroke as well. Convenient - fits in swim bag. Guard it well - my last one was stolen at the pool.

Too cheap, doesn't fit
Works on some machines and not well on others where it only brews half of the water. Cup loud doesn't stay closed -annoying. Don't buy.
