  I got everything but what I paid for. The item I purchased was not in the box when it arrived. The seller said it was "from an estate sale" as though that would explain why it was missing. Which makes no sense since the listing stated item in photo was the exact one I would receive. The only reason not negative feedback is because I received a full refund immediately.   THANKS SO MUCH DAVE! I'm passionate about the history of the Israeli-Palestinian slaughter (commonly called 'conflict'), but also about book condition. This was indeed received like new. Maoz is an Israeli (and Jewish) security expert who spent years in Israel teaching others how to be 'expert.' And now in this magnum opus (well, some years old now I think), he argues that the only real Israeli war of 'necessity' was, rather ironically, the 1947-48 war, which was a catastrophe for Palestinians.
