Perfect replacement.
I love my Zerowater dispenser and was thrilled when I damaged the original upper chamber that it was possible to replace only that part at a fraction of the cost to replace the entire unit.
This is perfect, brand new and was delivered fast and not damaged in any way.

This does what it’s supposed to/do.
I was replacing my previous device the Splash from same company.
This is a 2016 model, the newest version was recalled and is not available at this time.
The monthly fee is 24.95
If you want the optional fall detection feature it goes up to 39.95 per month.
