A number 14 Lens is dark enough for viewing the sun
1 of 1 found this helpful not only is it great for welding, but allows viewing the sun without risk of eye damage. it should have a holder, and does fit common welding goggles and helmets. Its a great product for a good price. I got two, one for a companion to share the view of the sun whenever it puts on a show for us earthlings. Make or find a holder, and a case for it, and your good to go. Or just hold it up to the light, as is.

great bike accessory for a long distance bike
enroute to the catskill mtns from lower east corner of Pa. stopped by a friends house, bought this. Came quickly, before my departure, and we installed it in no time. Put Pa. NJ.NY maps.onto my phone. Now, without wifi, without data, my bike has bicycling maps -- on the handlebars. day & nite, right where i can see them.

best flashlight on the market for the price
1 of 2 found this helpful not only is it bright but it holds a lithium ion battery which can come from a broken laptop or a dead laptop battery case, after disassembly. It lasts a long time with intermittent use, and should not be lit for extended periods as it will get hot. I have two and give each of them a rest while using the other, for any long project like a car repair at night on the roadside.
they say its a great tool for temporarily blinding a stranger who's approaching you but i haven't had that opportunity yet to test it out. You must keep it pointed downward if on a foot trail with others approaching like you would your high beam headlights..IIt will not point out stars on the sky, its not a searchlight, use a green laser for that. Another superb internet bargain, just now for a twenty first century experience..
