Pretty useless, unfortunately.
The shoulder strap is elasticated, which means the camera is able to move about too much. Any Go Pro mount has to have a fair degree of rigidity to be effective, and this doesn't. If it was made with unelasticated straps that can be tightened well to provide a secure mount on one's shoulder, then it might be a good product.

Lightweight and easy to carry

You don't want to get expensive studio equipment muddy or wet and this portable tripod is just the ticket when you're outdoors. You can put it in your back pack when hiking or cycling and it fits easily in the footwell of the car.
Don't expect studio quality in this package - it is not stable enough to match a product built for professionals but this isn't about that. It's about lightness and portability and amazing value for what you get,
It is hard to believe that it could be made so cheaply. A brilliant design built to a price.

Not bad for a budget monocular
It's not bad, but doesn't feel sturdy. Visual clarity is pretty OK.
