Reboot Loop / BSOD Errors

I would like to be able to enjoy this processor but it gives me constant Blue Screen errors and automatically reboots my system. Bought it to upgrade my HTPC setup for streaming. EVGA 680i board with latest P33 BIOS. Spent hours troubleshooting trying different voltage settings and memory timings to no avail. The Wolfdale line is supposed to be comptible with this motherboard but I haven't had any luck so far.
