Practical
Most of the menus have ingredients that are available locally and are within the skill of the average cook.
Cheaper than going to France to have French cuisine

New version
Great to hear the fabulous voice again. My all time favourite. A tragedy she died so young with so much more to give.
However I think I prefer the original version without the orchestra.
