Zep Tire Dressing is One of the Best
I love Zep tire shine products. I find it best to spray on a nice coat and let it sit for a while then use a microfiber towel to wipe off just the excess. Some people will prefer to not slightly wipe it off if they want their tires to look more wet (I use to prefer that myself). The tire dressing is good for not slinging off when you drive the car if you give it a little tire to cure or you wipe off the excess. Zep is professional grade stuff and it's nice that we still have access to buying it through certain retailers .

Great Guide to Management Principals Well Beyond Just Student Councils
Although written years ago as a guide for Student Council leadership, the book is full of great guidance that is ageless. Anyone that manages other people or works with other people can benefit from reading this book even if it's just a reminder of things you already try to do.

Joola V300 is a Great Table Tennis Ball Machine for the Money
I love the Joola V300 ball machine. The remote control is a great feature. It does not jamb and is very adjustable for speed and spin. It can crank up so much spin and speed that it would challenge much better players than me. The machine also has oscillation so you can work on forehand and backhand shots while the machine fires balls at you. I had used a 1040 Robo Pong for years and liked it but it would jamb a lot and the plastic parts became brittle over time and tended to break. The Joola has a simpler design for feeding balls and does not jamb (although I have heard that it can on occasion). The Joola V300 is cheaper than most robots on the market and I do not know how long it will last but so far it's been great.
