Adjustable and effective bracing device even for active guy

I've got a double hernia which has worsened due to running, biking, and core exercises. As I will not be able to work-out after surgery for many weeks, I am trying to maintain some conditioning but could not do so at all without this support. I'm about a 31" waist and the small fits perfectly. You can adjust support around the crotch and side. Wear it over a pair of sport underwear preferably the Jockey series mid-length briefs, for maximum comfort. Although I cannot do a full workout I am able to do sit-ups and other core activities with minimum discomfort and I can run 6 miles up and down hills with almost no pain. And the price for the quality was excellent.

I bought 4 of these and they are solidly built and bright as heck. In fact normal flashlights seem total ineffective in comparison. One issue is 2 of these seem to be finicky and not work unless battery was played with...

Pops Great, Easy to Use and Clean!

I had a different one of these years ago and expected this to be similar, a plastic bowl with a ridge bottom for the kernels to nest. Instead I got a smooth bowl shape made of hard plastic, with a cleverly designed lid which vents. Used it multiple times in a low wattage microwave. Even re-popped some unpopped kernels! Highly recommend it.
